These are personalised sessions, which provide valuable in-depth input into the intricacies of the Pilates method and human movement.
They are ideal for individuals with special needs, or as a supplement to the quartet session.

The "Discovery Pack" consist of 4 different classes:  Private, Group Private, Allegro and Mat classes for the sum of 100 € instead of 132€.
